    Email [email protected] with your operating system version, EasyCutout version, and a description of the issue (screenshots help).

    Model Download Failed

    Each AI model is downloaded the first time you use it. The app automatically picks the fastest download mirror for your current network. If a download fails, check your connection and try again. Once downloaded, models work offline.

    Purchases and Restore

    Pro subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are handled by the channel you got the app from. Mac App Store: tap "Restore Purchases" in the app, manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings, and request refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com. Microsoft Store: manage subscriptions and refunds in "Services & subscriptions" in your Microsoft account. Direct download: email [email protected] to restore a license, manage a subscription, or request a refund.
